Christian Morant
Acclaimed author of the book GROWTH, award-winning Best Actor for the shortfilm Wormhole, and illustrator of the children's adventure I Belong!, Christian Morant is a professional spoken word artist and musician most known for his enthralling level of poetry and advocacy on mental health. He frequently performs throughout the east coast in spaces such as Creative Mornings, SoFar Sounds, Charleston Pour House, Free Verse Festival, Voices In Power, and Nuyorican Poets Cafe, but is no stranger to captivating international audiences across the UK and Canada as well. He’s also had the honor of sharing the mic alongside Charleston’s first poet laureate Marcus Amaker, performing with the magically inspiring hip-harp duo Kuf Knotz & Christine Elise, and collaborating on several projects with one of Holy City's favorite singer songwriters Emily Curtis.
