KELA
KELA is a multimedia artist integrating analogue photography and woodworking creating works that inspire reflection, purpose, and meaningfulness by drawing inspiration from the natural world. She focuses on functional art creating custom artisan pieces specific to your desire and the space you look to elevate and complete.
KELA has permanent collections of artworks in the Main Hospital and Wellness Center of MUSC. She is a two-time grant recipient through the South Carolina Arts Commission. KELA was accepted as a Lightning Resident Artist in Fall 2023 and is currently a permanent studio artist at Redux Contemporary Art Center.
